Han Wijns

More than 30 years experience in professional and executive roles within KPN, a.o. Human Resources, Network Operations, IT Innovation. Currently, owner and CEO of Develop2Create in the areas of sourcing and coaching.

Other responsibilities, a.o.:

  • 10 years Chairman of an association of "Wereledwinkels", i.e. shops specialising in products from developing countries
  • Member of the board of the foundation "Uit de Kunst", organising concerts at high schools
  • Chairman of the foundation KLIC, an organisation of approximately 1000 cable and other network operators in The Netherlands
  • Chairman of the foundation "Cor Witfonds", stimulating research and development of telecommunications and internet applications
  • Co-founder and board member research center TRANS at the University of Delft, supporting Transsectoral Innovation

International experience:

  • Trainer management developmen PT Telkom, Indonesia
  • Participant various internationale management development courses, a.o. in Russia, Kiev, London
  • Numerous visits with industry groups to India, investigating business development opportunities in this emerging economy

Frank Donkers (8-1-1965)

More than 25 years experience at KPN in management, finance, IT, and engineering, location manager of KPN's largest contact center.

Other responsibilities, a.o.:

  • 4 years chariman and treasurer of a foundation for children's day care
  • Chairman of a brass band
  • Chairman of an association of marksmen

International experience:

  • Manager of a customer service desk outsourced to India

Hugo Velthuijsen (8-4-1960)

Hugo Velthuijsen

23 years experience at KPN in professionel en management roles in research, sales, and business management. Since end 2008, a professor in business and IT at the Hanze University of Applied Sciences.

Other responsibilities:

  • Organising a project with 7 students of the Hanze University in South Africa combining sports and deevlopment irt WC 2010

International experience:

  • Visiting researcher in the US during 1992
  • Participant in many European collaborative research & development projects
  • Many travels both business and pleasure to Asia, North and South America, Africa and Europe
